School of Wilmington actively seeks students and staff from a
diverse range of backgrounds. Interested candidates should seek

Please be sure to include all required components: the application, a
statement of educational philosophy, a resume, university transcripts,
and three letters of reference. All application components should
be
sent to: 350 Peiffer Ave., Wilmington, NC 28409. The
search committee will begin scheduling interviews soon thereafter.

interpret academic and social/emotional observations based on current
research of child development;

level-appropriate academic content;

Are excellent communicators, both verbally
and in writing;

expectations and firm boundaries with both children and adults in a
consistently kind, clear and respectful manner;

Can effectively coordinate the daily
activities of students and respond to varied demands with integrity,
energy, creativity, flexibility, and a sense of humor;

ability to work well with students, parents, and co-workers;

Are open to learn from supervisors and
