In the Fall of 2009, Friends School of Wilmington began a very important and ambitious step in our school development: we undertook our first formal strategic planning process. A broad cross-section of our community that included students, parents, faculty, and Board members engaged in a year-long process mapping out our strategic direction for the next five years.Below are our strategic goals:

As we enter our 16th year, Friends School of Wilmington is a young and dynamic school poised to enter a critical new stage of institutional development. Having framed our goals clearly, we can now pursue them with purpose and determination.
