Annual Fund
Friends School of Wilmington provides students with the necessary foundation to flourish in our ever changing world.
There are several ways you can support our mission and vision, ensuring a Quaker education remains possible for children and families in southeast North Carolina.
The FSW Annual Fund
Our tuition covers only a portion of each student’s educational and administrative expenses. Beyond bridging the tuition gap, FSW’s commitment to academic excellence and institutional advancement requires additional funds. We strive for 100% participation to the Annual Fund each year from our current community of Trustees, faculty, staff, and families. Gifts of all sizes matter and make a difference in our ability to provide more opportunities for our students, faculty, and the entire FSW community.
Gifts to the Annual Fund are used for unrestricted operating support. Annual Fund gifts may be allocated to the following areas:
• Professional Development Opportunities
• Financial Aid
• Classroom Materials & Equipment
• Extracurricular Activities
Participation in the Annual Fund affirms your belief in FSW’s students to change the world and symbolizes your collective investment in the School’s excellence.
Special Projects & Events
FSW is a dynamic place to learn. Our flexibility and changing needs often result in funding needs for special projects. Past projects include Driving Toward Our Future, The Playground Initiative, and Solar School: Powering Up.
If there is a special project that you are interested in learning more about, please contact Allyson Keating, Advancement Assistant, at [email protected]
