Meet Gina Fimbel

Gina Fimbel joined the Board in 2022. Gina moved to Wilmington in 2007 and is a Certified Master Social Worker with experience working in child protective services, foster care, and a homeless shelter for women and children. She currently works for an Atlanta-based racial literacy organization called Be the Bridge. Gina is a wife and mother to five children. When she's not busy working, she loves books, accurate history, watching her kids play sports, and her adorable and anxious dog, Gucci.
