All children ages 3-13 are welcome to attend camp! Eligibility is determined by your child's age during their registered camp week(s). Please note that campers must be independently toilet trained and able to use the restroom with minimal assistance.

As you can see from our camp offerings, we have themes for all ages and interests! We utilize all of our 11-acre campus so each group has their own age-appropriate environment to learn and play.

• Early Drop-Off: To better accommodate families' working hours. Campers enjoy early morning play and activities starting at 7:30AM. [$20/week]
   
• Lunch Bunch: For children who attend a half-day camp and need to refuel before heading home. All Lunch Bunch campers will join Fun with Friends to eat together from 12-1PM. [Parents must supply all food and drink; $40/week]
   
• Afternoon Fun with Friends: For children who attend a half-day camp and want to extend the fun! All Afternoon Fun with Friends campers will join Fun with Friends to eat together from 12-1PM before enjoying the second half of the day together from 1-4PM. Parents must supply all food and drink. [$90/week]
   
• Late Pick-Up: For children who just don’t want to leave! Keep the good times coming until final pickup at 5:30PM. [$20/week]

Summer camp staff are a combination of FSW faculty, administrators, parents, and alumni. We also partner with select local organizations to provide specialized, high-level programming.

All FSW summer camp employees are required to complete a background check and complete mandatory training in areas like:

• First aid
• EpiPen administration
• Safety procedures
• Social-emotional learning
• Diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging

We have established partnerships with trusted organizations and businesses to provide specialized programming. A few of our partners past and present include:

Half-day camps are $199 for the week, and the full-day Fun with Friends camp is $249 per week. Add-on services include:

• Early Drop-Off for $20/week
• Lunch Bunch for $40/week
• Afternoon Fun with Friends for $90/week
• Late Pick-Up for $20/week

Each camp requires a $25 deposit per child with full payment due the week before camp begins. An invoice will be sent to the email address(es) provided during registration.

• Early Bird Pricing: Receive 10% off your total cost through March 10th.
   
• Full Summer Discount: Attend all 8 weeks of camp (half-day and/or full-day) and receive a 15% discount.
   
• Sibling Discount: Receive $15 off each camp session for every additional child enrolled.

While camp schedules are flexible and subject to change, you can expect a typical day to look like this: 

Early Drop-Off (7:30AM-9AM)

• Early morning drop off begins at 7:30AM. Campers will have supervised play and choice activity stations in the Fun with Friends building until 8:55AM.
• Half-day campers are escorted to their designated classrooms at 9AM. 

Half-Day Camps & AM Fun with Friends (9AM-12PM)

• Regular drop off begins at 8:55AM.

• Campers will have supervised play and choice activity stations in their designated classrooms until 9AM.

• Camp is in session from 9AM-12PM.

• Half-day campers are escorted to the pick-up location at 12PM.

• Lunch Bunch and Afternoon Fun with Friends campers are escorted to the pavilions for lunch.

Lunch (12-1PM)

• Campers enjoy lunch together on the pavilion and then have supervised play and choice activity stations until 1PM. (Please note that parents are responsible for packing all snacks/food/drinks).

PM Fun with Friends (1-4PM)

• Camp is in session from 1-4PM.

• Campers are escorted to the pick-up location at 4PM.

• Evening Extension campers remain in the Fun with Friends area for additional playtime. 

Late Pick-Up (4-5:30PM)

• Evening Extension campers will have supervised play and choice activity stations until 5:30PM.

 

We ask all campers to come prepared with the following:

• Play clothes 
• Small backpack
• Closed-toe shoes
• Water bottle
• Snack
• Sunscreen
• Full change of clothes including underwear and socks

Speciality camp materials may be specified by the instructor prior to camp start date.

If your child requires medication or has allergy concerns, please provide these details in advance on the required medical forms so that we may inform instructors and form a team approach to support your camper.

All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied and additional sunscreen provided in their backpack. Campers should also bring an insulated water bottle to camp each day. Water refill stations are available to all students whenever needed.

On days of extreme heat and/or humidity, camp staff will determine the appropriate amount of time spent outside to ensure the safety of all campers.

All camp staff are first aid, CPR, and EpiPen trained to ensure a safe environment for all children.

If a camper develops a fever or presents with an illness during camp hours, parents or guardians will be contacted and asked to pick up the camper as soon as possible. Children need to be fever-free or illness-free for 24 hours before returning to camp.

In the unlikely event of a serious medical emergency, camp staff will notify all emergency contacts and arrange for potential emergency transportation. 

We are committed to building a safe, healthy learning community where cooperation, trust, and respect are the dominant themes. The two universal rules we uplift in spirit are to (1) “Treat others the way you want to be treated," or stated in our Montessori classrooms as “Be gentle with yourself and with others;" and (2) "Stop when someone asks you to stop." 

Underlying our rules are assumed standards of behavior that are common to most caring camp and school environments. Campers should always:

• Be present and ready to learn/listen when camp begins.
• Be attentive and involved in camp activities.
• Attend camp unless excused by illness or unavoidable family circumstances.
• Put forth their best effort to improve academic, physical, artistic, and social/emotional skills.
• Take care of the school, personal belongings, and themselves.
• Set a positive example and encourage others to do the same.
•  Be inclusive and considerate of others’ feelings and maintain a supportive tone.
• Respect each person’s point of view.
• Try to work out problems through discussion before seeking an adult's help.
• Take an active role in community decision-making.
